Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

cncrelief.com (“cncrelief”, “we”, “us”) is operated by cncrelief.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website cncrelief.com, the 3D Studio, the 3D editor, the Showcase Gallery and every other part of the service (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

• You upload a photo, sketch or drawing. cncrelief.com is integrated with Google through its API: with the help of Google’s API we turn it into a 3D relief. Please send a clear, good-quality and genuine photo.
• You can view the relief in 3D and download it as STL, OBJ, ArtCAM / Carveco RLF or Vectric Aspire 3D Clip files, depending on your plan.
• Results are produced by AI. They can differ from what you expect and may need adjusting. You are responsible for checking every design, and for your machine, tools, materials, settings and safety before and during carving. We do not guarantee that a design suits a particular machine, material or purpose.
• We may improve, change or remove features at any time. We try to keep the Service available but do not promise it will always be available, fast or free of errors.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or to buy anything.
• You log in with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp number or email address, or with Google for an existing account. Keep your codes, email and phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One person = one account. Give true, current details. The free trial is given once per person, WhatsApp number, email address and device.
• Do not share, sell or transfer your account.

4. Your images and your designs

• Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload images that break copyright, trademark or other rights, images of a person without the right to use them, or anything illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or harmful. We may remove content and close accounts that break this rule.
• You keep all rights you have in the images you upload. You give us a limited permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you (for example: to create your relief, show it in your history and let you download it). How long we keep them is explained in the Privacy Policy.
• Reliefs you create from your own images are yours to use. Commercial carving rights (selling carvings made from your reliefs) come with the paid plans (CNC Starter, Pro and Premium). Reliefs made on the free CNC Trial are for personal use and for testing the Service.
• You are responsible for making sure that carving and selling a design does not break anyone else’s rights.

5. Showcase Gallery

• Gallery designs are unlocked with Points (or as a plan benefit). An unlock lets you download and carve the design for your own work, including selling the carvings if your plan includes commercial rights. You may not resell, share or publish the digital design files themselves.
• If your plan lets you list your own reliefs in the Gallery, you confirm you have the rights to them, and you receive the creator share described in your account (paid in Points). We may decline or remove any listing.

6. Points, plans and payments

• Points are a prepaid unit for using the Service (for example, creating a relief or unlocking a Gallery design). The Points each action needs are shown before you use them. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Plan Points are given for each billing period and expire at the end of it, except for any carry-over shown for your plan. Point packs, bonus and referral Points have their own validity shown in your account. Expired Points are not replaced.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices may change. A new price never affects a period you have already paid for; it applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before that renewal.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay: UPI, cards and net banking in India, international cards from other countries. Some payments (for example by UPI QR code) may be confirmed manually by our team.
• All sales are final. The Refund Policy explains the only exceptions.
• If a relief cannot be created because of a problem on our side, the Points for it are returned to your wallet automatically.

7. Fair use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, or to upload content you are not allowed to use;
• create extra accounts or use temporary email addresses or other tricks to get more free trials or referral rewards;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service, our relief engine or the Gallery;
• send automated or excessive requests, try to break our security, or interfere with other users;
• open a payment dispute for a purchase you received instead of contacting us first.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. For serious or repeated misuse, remaining Points, plan time and unlocks may be forfeited.

8. Our rights

The website, the relief engine, the software, the Gallery and the cncrelief.com name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to them other than using the Service as described here. Other names mentioned on the website (such as ArtCAM, Carveco, Vectric Aspire and Google) are trademarks of their owners and do not mean that those companies endorse us.

9. Other services

Parts of the Service rely on other companies, for example Google (Google’s API and Google sign-in), email and WhatsApp messaging, our hosting providers, and payment providers. Their own terms may also apply to your use of their parts.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the Service or the designs beyond those written in these Terms, including about fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost material, damaged tools or machines, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to info@cncrelief.com. When an account is closed, any remaining Points, plan time and unlocks end and are not refunded.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you on the website or by message before it applies. Using the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly.
