Privacy Policy

In short:
- We use your images only to make your reliefs. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- CNC Trial and CNC Starter: your photo and relief are deleted when you log out, and at the latest within 6 hours.
- CNC Pro and CNC Premium: a private history is kept for 7 days (Pro) or 7 days (Premium), then deleted. You can delete any relief sooner.
- cncrelief.com is integrated with Google through its API: with the help of Google’s API we turn your photo into a relief.
1. Who is responsible
cncrelief.com is operated by cncrelief.com (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for your personal data on this website. Contact for all privacy questions and requests: info@cncrelief.com.
2. What we collect

Payments are handled by our payment provider Razorpay (in India and for international cards). We never see or store your full card or bank details.
3. Your images
- cncrelief.com is integrated with Google through its API. Please send a clear, good-quality and genuine photo – with the help of Google’s API we turn it into a relief.
- For your history we keep only a small preview picture of your photo; the full-size photo is not kept.
- We do not use your images to advertise and we do not sell them.
4. How long we keep your data

- You can delete any relief from your history at any time. After deletion or expiry, only a small shaded preview picture and the record of the design (name, date, Points used) stay in your history list.
- Designs you list in the Showcase Gallery stay there while they are listed.
- Account data is kept while your account exists. Records of Points and payments are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Security records (such as login codes, which are stored only in scrambled form, and rate-limit records) are kept for a short time, usually minutes to days.
5. Who receives data
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only what they need:
- Google – Google’s API, to turn your photo into a relief, and Google sign-in (if you use it);
- email providers (Brevo; Hostinger email) – to send login codes and account emails;
- WhatsApp – codes and messages to WhatsApp accounts;
- hosting providers – to run the website;
- payment provider (Razorpay) – to take payments;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Some of these providers are outside your country (for example in the USA or the EU). Where the law requires it, transfers are protected by the providers’ standard contractual safeguards.
6. Cookies, browser storage and the device check
- Session cookie (
cnc_session): keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. Necessary for the Service. - Browser storage on your device: a referral code from a friend’s link (30 days), your last login method, and your device-check choice.
- One-time device check: when you register or log in, your browser makes a code (a one-way “hash”) from technical details such as browser type, screen size and graphics card. We store only this code. It is used to give each device only one free trial and to warn you about a login from a new device. It is not used for advertising or tracking. In Europe we ask for your consent first; without it the check does not run, and the free trial is then not available (you can still create an account and buy a plan).
- No advertising or analytics cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D viewer from a public code library server, which see your IP address when your browser loads them. The Google sign-in button (if you use it) is provided by Google under Google’s own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we have about you and give you a copy;
- correct wrong data;
- delete your data and your account (records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, are kept only for that purpose);
- stop or limit certain processing, or withdraw a consent you gave (for example the device check or WhatsApp design alerts – alerts can be switched off in your account menu at any time).
Write to info@cncrelief.com from the email or WhatsApp number of your account. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or India, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in India: the Data Protection Board of India).
8. Security
We use HTTPS, one-time login codes that are stored only in scrambled form, limits on code attempts, secure session cookies and access controls on our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
9. Children
The Service is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced on the website or by message.
